1. Product Overview
Our integrated pallet strapping and wrapping machine is a dedicated end-of-line packaging solution for wood-based panel factories, applicable to plywood, MDF, particleboard, solid wood panels and other plate products.
Different from separate strapping and wrapping equipment, this all-in-one unit completes plastic strap binding and stretch film wrapping in one station, perfectly connecting with front panel cutting, sanding and stacking processes to form a fully automatic unmanned packaging production line.

4. Working Principle
Stacked wood panels are conveyed to the machine pallet position automatically. The system first completes multi-channel automatic strapping to fasten the whole board stack, then the stretch film wrapper rotates around the pallet for uniform multi-layer wrapping. After packaging finished, pallets are output to forklift waiting area for warehousing and shipment.
