The Automatic Plywood Strapping & Stacking Line is an advanced end-of-line packaging solution engineered for plywood, MDF, particleboard, and OSB factories.
This heavy-duty system automatically completes high-tension PET strapping around wood panel pallets and seamlessly transfers them to an integrated 4-tier pallet stacker. By automatically stacking up to 4 strapped pallets into a single load, it dramatically increases warehouse storage density and speeds up forklift loading.

Edge Board Placement & PET Strapping Unit
At this station, edge boards are fitted onto the plywood bundle, then horizontal PET strapping is performed to lock the stack. The bundled plywood is conveyed to the roller table for rotation, where edge boards are added on the remaining two sides for secondary strapping. This process protects panel corners from chipping and prevents strap indentation during wrapping and shipping. It is commonly used for plywood, MDF and wood panel packaging.
Top Spacer Strip Placing Unit
This unit automatically places wooden spacer strips on the top surface of plywood bundles. Spacers sit between stacked pallets to support the load and protect board surfaces from compression damage. Only the lower and middle pallets need spacers; the top pallet requires none. It enables stable stacking of up to 4 pallets, for plywood, MDF, OSB and other panel bundles.
Multi-Pallet Stacking Unit
This automatic unit stacks pre-strapped plywood bundles pallet by pallet. It lifts and places each strapped pallet onto the existing stack to save warehouse storage space.
It supports stacking up to 4 pallets, working in coordination with the upstream spacer strip placing station. Widely used for plywood, MDF and OSB panel packaging.
