Top Protection Plate Placing Unit
This packaging line features an automatic top protection board laying process before stretch wrapping and strapping.
It automatically covers the top of stacked melamine veneer panels to form a firm protective layer. Combined with wrapping and strapping, it delivers all-round protection, effectively preventing top scratches, pressure pits, dust and moisture damage during transportation and stacking.
Strapping Unit
This fully automatic melamine panel strapping line features a professional full-protection strapping process. Before strapping, the machine automatically lays wood battens at the bottom of the panel stack to support the boards. During strapping, protective corner guards are placed on the top corners of melamine panels. This standard process effectively protects panels from bottom compression and top corner cracking caused by strapping tension and stacking pressure.
Stretch Wrapping Unit
This equipment is equipped with a professional targeted wrapping process for melamine panels. During the stretch wrapping process, protective corner guards are automatically installed on the four corners of the panel stack. It effectively wraps and fits the panel body, and perfectly protects the vulnerable four corners of melamine boards, avoiding corner collision, chipping and surface damage during wrapping, handling and long-distance transportation.
