Project Cases
This flooring pallet packaging line was customized for our Thai client. We combined horizontal and vertical strapping into one station, saving factory floor space and improving packaging efficiency. The photo was taken on-site at our customer’s plant in Thailand.

Frame: Constructed with heavy-duty square tube frame and aluminum profiles, equipped with linear guides and heavy sliding tables for high rigidity and positioning accuracy within ±0.5 mm.

Board Magazine: Side-opening stackable magazine with large capacity. Fitted with anti-jogging separating claws and photoelectric sensors for low-material alert. Friction feed rollers are driven by servo motors for adjustable feeding speed.
