Top Protection Plate Placing Unit
This machine is designed to automatically place a protective board onto the top of stacked OSB panels. It is usually integrated into the end-of-line packaging process before strapping, wrapping or transportation.
The protective board covers the top surface of the palletized stack to protect panels from scratches, dust, moisture and impact damage during storage and transit. It also helps stabilize the top layer and improve stacking integrity.
Stretch Wrapping Unit
This stretch wrapping station is a core workstation of the OSB panel end-of-line packaging line.
It automatically wraps stretch film around palletized OSB stacks with a pre-stretching mechanism.
The film is applied evenly to secure the stacked boards, preventing cargo collapse, dust, moisture and surface damage during storage and transportation.
Strapping Unit
The strapping unit is an essential part of the automatic packaging line. It uses PP or PET strapping bands to bind cartons and palletized loads tightly.
The strapping keeps goods intact and prevents loosening, shifting and collapsing during handling, storage and transportation. It is widely applied to cartons, industrial components, photovoltaic products and packaged materials.
