Smart Cut-to-Size System
Equipped with servo-driven positioning and online dimension inspection modules, the line supports quick, one-switch changes between common panel sizes, including 1220×2440mm and 1830×3660mm. Cutting accuracy is guaranteed within ±0.5mm, producing clean, splinter-free edges ready for direct use in finished products.
Fully Automated Control
The PLC touchscreen control terminal allows for recipe storage, parameter presets, and one-click product changeovers. Integrated with automatic dust collection, fault prediction, and safety stop systems, the line reduces operator intervention, lowers skill barriers, and ensures a safe working environment.
Low-Consumption & Eco-Friendly Design

Workflow
1.Automatic Loading & Conveying: Raw panels are fed onto the line via a powered roller conveyor.
