The software's database management function enables the collection of quality statistics for each piece of material produced. Detailed defect records (size and location) are available,facilitating adjustments to the production process and equipment status. This makes it
convenient for timely analysis and is used for subsequent cutting and quality management, effectively ensuring product quality.

System interconnection. When the system detects a defect point, it will trigger an audible and visual alarm. Additionally, other I/O outputs can be incorporated into the system.

The system has a remote viewing function, allowing for the remote retrieval of the detection   data and records from the on-site machines. (The workshop must have internet connectivity.)

When each sheet of material is inspected, a corresponding ID number will be generated and sent to the laser printer, facilitating subsequent quality inspection and traceability.

What defects can the equipment detect on melamine laminated decorative panels?
The equipment adopts high-resolution image acquisition and AI visual algorithm technology, which can accurately identify various common and subtle defects of melamine laminated panels. Surface defects include melamine paper blistering, peeling, scratches, color difference, color fading, pattern misalignment, ink spots, dirt, pinholes and micro-cracks; base material defects include board surface pits, bulges, loose knots, crack defects of MDF/particle board/plywood base; edge defects include edge chipping, burrs, glue overflow and lamination edge warping. All defect types can be automatically marked and recorded with inspection evidence.

How to ensure the stability of color difference detection for melamine laminated panels?
Color difference detection is optimized for the color characteristics of melamine impregnated paper. The equipment is equipped with high-uniformity constant-temperature light source system, which avoids detection deviation caused by ambient light changes. Before formal production, automatic white balance and color calibration are carried out according to standard color samples of melamine panels. The built-in color difference algorithm can accurately distinguish subtle color difference, batch color deviation and color fading of laminated panels, effectively solving the problem of difficult identification of slight color difference in manual inspection, and ensuring consistent color quality of finished panels.
