Top Protection Board Placement Machine
The automatic top protection board placement machine is designed for end-of-line packaging of MDF, particle board, OSB, plywood and other wood-based panels. It automatically places protective boards on stacked panel bundles before strapping, wrapping and storage, helping protect finished panel surfaces from scratches, impact and handling damage.
Designed for continuous automated packaging operations, the system features a large-capacity board magazine, automatic board separation, photoelectric sensors and servo-driven feeding rollers. The adjustable feeding speed allows precise synchronization with the overall wood panel packaging line.
Automatic Stretch Wrapping Unit
This automatic stretch wrapping unit wraps finished wood panel bundles with PE stretch film, protecting them from dust, moisture, scratches and handling damage during transportation and storage.
It applies a tight and uniform stretch-film wrap around each bundle for secure and consistent packaging.
Heavy-Duty Automatic Strapping Unit
This automated strapping unit feeds, tensions, and heat-seals high-tension PET straps around the panel stack, securely bundling the load for safe transport, warehousing, and long-distance shipping. Driven by precision tension control, it ensures maximum pack rigidity and prevents shifting during transit.
9–19 mm Straps: Fast strap width changeover via adjustable guide inserts.
25–32 mm Heavy-Duty Straps: Optional heavy-duty strapping head available for ultra-high tension applications.
