Workflow
1.Automatic Loading & Conveying: Raw panels are fed onto the line via a powered roller conveyor.
2.Precision Sanding: Multi-roller sanding heads calibrate the panel thickness and achieve a uniform, smooth surface.
3.Online Inspection: Sensors continuously monitor panel thickness and surface quality.
4.Cut-to-Size: The servo-driven cutting system trims panels to the exact required dimensions.
5.Dust Extraction: A centralized system collects all dust generated during sanding and cutting.
6.Unloading & Stacking: Finished panels are automatically unloaded and stacked, ready for the next production stage.
