Q1: Can the equipment adapt to different specifications of hub pallets, such as large-size hub pallets for engineering machinery?

A1: Yes. The equipment supports pallet specifications from 800×800mm to 1500×1500mm. For large-size and heavy-weight hubs of engineering machinery, heavy-duty frames and widened wrapping frames can be customized, and strapping positions and wrapping tension can be adjusted at the same time to meet the packaging needs of heavy-duty hubs.

Q2: Will the hub surface be scratched during packaging, affecting the appearance of finished products?

A2: No. The equipment is designed with hub-specific scratch-resistant protection – the contact parts of the wrapping frame adopt soft rubber-coated rollers, and the strapping machine can be equipped with soft strapping belts. At the same time, the positioning accuracy of the equipment during operation is controlled within ±1mm, completely preventing collision and scratch between equipment and hubs, as well as between hubs, and fully ensuring the appearance of finished hubs.

Q3: Can it be connected with our factory's existing hub palletizers and AGVs to realize whole-line automation?

A3: Seamless connection is available. The equipment supports PLC communication and is compatible with control signals of mainstream palletizers, AGVs and conveyors on the market. Our engineers will conduct on-site surveys and make customized connections according to the control mode of your existing production lines to realize fully unmanned whole-process operation.

Q4: Is the equipment difficult to operate, and can new operators master it quickly?

A4: The operation is extremely simple. The equipment adopts a Chinese/English touch panel with a concise interface; commonly used hub packaging parameters can be preset in advance and called with one key for production. We provide free operation training, and generally new operators can fully master basic operations in 1-2 hours, and remote guidance is also available at any time later.

Q5: For overseas automotive parts customers, can the equipment adapt to local voltage and pallet standards?

A5: Yes. We can customize different voltage specifications such as 220V/415V according to the needs of overseas customers, and adapt to pallet standards of different regions such as European and American standards at the same time.
