Automatic Wooden strip Production line
The Automatic Wooden Strip Production Line is a fully integrated automated solution specially designed for manufacturing wooden pallet stringers. It adopts multi-blade sawing technology to cut raw wood boards into uniform wooden strips. Raw boards are fed sequentially via conveyor system, going through board separation, bottom board slotting, clamping, nailing, automatic stacking and palletizing in one continuous workflow.
Equipped with industrial robot arm for finished strip stacking, this line realizes unmanned stacking and automatic conveying of finished wooden pallet strips. It effectively solves the pain points of traditional manual processing: low labor efficiency, unstable product dimension and high labor cost. It enables fully automatic mass production of wooden pallet stringers, ideal for pallet factories with large-volume export orders.
