Step-by-Step Packaging Workflow:
1️⃣ 5-Side Bag Shaping (5-Side Bag Flattener / Squaring Unit)
Before strapping, the jumbo bag undergoes 5-directional hydraulic compression. This flattens bulges, squares up the bag corners, and creates a ultra-neat, flat surface for safer stacking and maximum container space utilization.
2️⃣ Sword-Piercing Vertical Strapping (Sword-Type Pallet Strapping Machine)
The automated sword-piercing mechanism extends through the pallet voids, allowing high-tension PET/PP straps to loop vertically around both the ton bag and the pallet. This grounds the heavy bag firmly to the pallet.
3️⃣ Horizontal Strapping (Circumferential Strapping Unit)
The horizontal strapping head applies 360° lateral compression straps around the bag body. This prevents side-bulging and shifting during long-distance transportation.
4️⃣ Automated Conveying & Output
