• The Pallet Wrapping Machine is equipped with a high-performance PLC central control system and a visual touchscreen human-machine interface.  It can pre-store various packaging process modes, including single-channel, dual-channel, and multi-channel options, and supports one-button quick switching between modes. The equipment automatically completes a series of actions including strap feeding, tensioning, heat sealing, and strap cutting. The resulting bundles are secure, neatly formed, and aesthetically pleasing, with excellent repeatability and precision. The strap feeding unit uses a servo motor drive, ensuring smooth and stable operation, precise positioning, and rapid response. The strapping module integrates an adaptive tension adjustment and intelligent fault alarm mechanism, automatically detecting abnormal conditions such as strap jamming or breakage, ensuring stable and reliable continuous production. The entire machine has comprehensive linkage interfaces, allowing seamless integration with upstream and downstream equipment such as conveyor lines, palletizers, and stretch wrappers, meeting the requirements for 24/7 uninterrupted automated packaging operations.

• The equipment's turntable boasts excellent load-bearing capacity, capable of carrying up to 2 tons of goods, meeting the requirements for continuous, long-term wrapping operations. The film carriage is equipped with a dedicated pre-stretching system, which can stretch the wrapping film up to 250%, effectively reducing unit packaging material costs and improving material utilization. The turntable uses variable frequency speed control technology, ensuring smooth and vibration-free operation.  Combined with soft start and soft stop control logic, it prevents goods from tilting or collapsing due to start-up and stop impacts. The equipment supports optional features such as a top-pressing device and weighing module, allowing for flexible and customized configurations based on different customer usage scenarios and packaging needs.
