What protective functions does the machine support?
It supports full-process professional protection for melamine boards. It automatically places bottom wood battens for stable strapping, installs top corner guards during strapping, equips four-corner protective guards during stretch wrapping, and matches top protection board coverage, realizing all-round anti-pressure, anti-collision and anti-damage packaging.

Can it prevent melamine board corner chipping and surface damage?
Yes. The matching four-corner guard wrapping and top corner guard strapping design effectively buffers external pressure and collision force. It completely solves common problems such as corner cracking, edge chipping and surface scratches of high-gloss melamine panels during packaging, handling and long-distance transportation.

Is the strapping process stable and will it deform the boards?
No board deformation will occur. The automatic bottom wood batten lifting structure makes the force of strapping uniform and balanced, avoids local extrusion and bottom deformation of the board stack, and ensures firm, neat and standard strapping effect.

Is the equipment fully automatic and how much labor can it save?
The whole process of board protection, stretch wrapping and strapping is fully automated without manual intervention. It replaces traditional manual protection and packaging work, greatly saves labor costs, and unifies packaging standards for each batch of products.
