The complete system includes automatic chain conveyors, vertical & horizontal PET strapping machines, cantilever stretch wrapping machines and safety guard frames. It automatically completes pallet transport, tight PET strapping, full stretch film wrapping, forming a stable, dustproof and moisture-proof package suitable for long-distance sea freight and container shipping.
The whole line adopts PLC intelligent control, adjustable wrapping parameters and strapping tension, compatible with various sizes of AC compressor pallets. It supports 24-hour continuous heavy-duty operation, drastically cutting manual packaging labor, improving packaging consistency and reducing cargo damage during transit.
