Automatic Ton Bag Packaging line
After material filling, bulging and irregular-shaped ton bags enter the 5-Side Hydraulic Squaring Machine. Hydraulic force from top and four sides compresses and reshapes the bag into a neat rectangular block, eliminating bulges and optimizing container loading rate.
The squared FIBC then transfers to the strapping section. Standard configuration includes horizontal ring strapping and cross strapping workflow: horizontal strapping → pallet 90° rotation → vertical cross strapping to firmly restrain bag deformation. Optional Dual ton Bag Strapping Section supports strapping two stacked ton bags in one cycle, with flexible mode switching between single-bag and double-stacked operation for higher throughput.
Adjustable hydraulic pressure and strap tension adapt to various FIBC sizes. The integrated system prevents cargo tipping during transit, improves container utilization, and fully automates the post-filling squaring & strapping process to cut manual handling.

As the core upstream equipment of the packaging line, this machine applies hydraulic force from the top and four sides to compress and reshape the ton bag into a neat rectangular block.
Ton Bag Strapping Section
The pallet loaded with ton bag(FIBC/ton bag)is conveyed into the strapping station. The machine first performs horizontal strapping to secure the ton bag in width direction.
Dual Ton Bag Strapping Section (Optional Solution)
The roller conveyor feeds 2 stacked ton bags into the strapping station. The machine can strap both upper and lower ton bags in one cycle.
Ton Bag Horizontal Ring Strapping Station
The squared FIBC ton bag is conveyed to this station by roller conveyor.
The machine adopts horizontal ring strapping structure. Straps wrap around the circumference of the ton bag to apply uniform clamping force, restrain bag bulging and deformation.
