Automated Packaging Process
Stack Infeed & Alignment: Heavy-duty chain/roller conveyors transfer the board stack to the packing station, where side squarers align the panels precisely.
Top & Corner Protection: Robotic or pneumatic manipulators apply protective corner boards and a top plastic sheet.
Cross & Longitudinal Strapping: The strapping lance feeds the strap through pallet voids, executing automated tensioning, friction welding, and cutting.
Rotary Arm Stretch Wrapping: High-speed rotary arm wraps the bundle with pre-stretched film for 6-sided weather resistance.
Weighing & Labeling: The integrated scale measures bundle weight and prints/applies a shipping barcode label prior to outfeed.
