Automatic Plywood Putty Filling Production Line is a complete automated conveyor system for plywood surface defect repair. It integrates panel feeding, transfer, manual putty filling, turnover and stacking into one continuous workflow.
Made of heavy-duty materials, the line ensures durable and stable long-time operation. Full protection covers key components to enhance safety. Soft-contact surfaces prevent panel scratches. Adjustable conveyor width fits various panel sizes. Custom non-standard layouts are available based on your product specs, output and workshop space.

Based on our modular system engineering, the complete putty repair line integrates the following core functional sections:
- Infeed & Forklift Loading (Ground Roller with Fork Base): Facilitates convenient raw panel bundle loading via forklift.
- Lifting & Pushing Unit (Lifting Table with Roller Conveyor & Pusher): Precise vertical elevation and lateral pushing to feed panels smoothly onto the main processing line.
- Manual Putty Repair Stations (Putty Position by Manual): Ergonomically designed stations with optimized lighting and foot switches for operators to inspect and repair surface defects.
- 180° Panel Turnover Unit (Turnover Machine): Automatically flips the board to enable double-sided defect inspection and putty filling without manual heavy lifting.
- Secondary Repair Zone: Allows secondary side repair and inspection before final transport.
- Outfeed & Automatic Stacking (Belt Conveyor & Stacker): Smooth belt transport delivering finished boards to the auto-stacking system for precise bundle accumulation.
