AUTOMATIC SKIDS PRODUCTION LINE
The automatic skids production system usesmulti-specification saws to realize the strippingof wooden boards, which are placed in sequencethrough the conveyor line, the boards areseparated, the bottom board is slotted, theboards are neatly stacked by the code machine,clamped, and nailed automatically. The robotarm completes the automatic stacking, and thetruck is transported after the stacking iscompleted, realizing the automatic production ofpads, effectively solving the problems of lowlabor efficiency and high cost.
The system uses a touch screen visual operationinterface to achieve precise control of production.
