Automatic Ton Bag Packaging line
Our automatic ton bag packaging line is a complete end-of-line packaging solution for filled FIBC ton bags. After material filling, bulging and irregular-shaped ton bags enter the 5-Side Hydraulic Squaring Machine, where omnidirectional hydraulic pressure compresses and reshapes the bag into a neat rectangular block, eliminating bulges and optimizing container loading rates.
The squared FIBC is then transferred to the strapping section. The standard configuration features a multi-step cross-strapping workflow—including horizontal strapping, a 90° pallet rotation, and vertical cross-strapping—to firmly restrain bag deformation. An optional Dual Ton Bag Strapping Section supports strapping two stacked ton bags in a single cycle, featuring flexible mode switching between single-bag and double-stacked operations for higher throughput.
Adjustable hydraulic pressure and strap tension adapt to various FIBC sizes. The integrated system prevents cargo from tipping during transit, improves container utilization, and fully automates the post-filling squaring and strapping process to minimize manual labor.

Our automated packaging line delivers a complete end-of-line packaging solution for the bulk chemical, agricultural and mineral industries. This packaging system supports single and double-layer bulk bags, with a maximum production capacity up to 14 bulk bags per hour.
The integrated system features hydraulic bag squaring, automatic sword-penetrating strapping, rotary horizontal reinforcement, and Siemens PLC control.
It achieves unmanned continuous operation, optimizes bag shape, secures pallet loads and improves container utilization. Flexible options support single or double-stacked ton bag strapping to match different production capacities.

5-Side Hydraulic Squaring Machine
After filling, FIBC ton bags are loose and bulging with irregular shapes, which wastes container space and brings cargo tipping risks during transportation. As the core upstream equipment of the packaging line, this machine applies hydraulic force from the top and four sides to compress and reshape the ton bag into a neat rectangular block.
Automatic Ton Bag Strapping machine
The pallet loaded with ton bag is conveyed into the strapping station. The machine first performs horizontal strapping to secure the ton bag in width direction.
Ton Bag Horizontal Ring Strapping Machine
The squared FIBC ton bag is conveyed to this station by roller conveyor. The machine adopts horizontal ring strapping structure. Straps wrap around the circumference of the ton bag to apply uniform clamping force, restrain bag bulging and deformation.

Bulk materials naturally bulge during filling. 5-side hydraulic shaping forces the bag into a flat, squared block, preventing cargo from leaning during long-distance transport and maximizing container capacity.

Yes. The HMI touchscreen allows operators to easily program vertical strap counts, horizontal band heights, and strap tension levels based on specific load requirements.

Yes, the line is engineered to accommodate standard industrial pallets (e.g., 1,100×1,100 mm, 1,200×1,000 mm) and can be customized to match your existing production line dimensions.

How does the sword-penetrating strapping mechanism work?
Instead of manually feeding straps around a pallet, an automated strapping lance extends through the openings at the base of the pallet. It automatically loops and tensions the PET strap through the pallet voids, securely anchoring the bag directly to the pallet base.
