    This pallet bottle-specific end of line automatic packaging line is the core supporting equipment of the rear-end automatic packaging process for bottle production in the food, daily chemical, and pharmaceutical industries. It is composed of two key functional equipment sections — automatic flexible strapping machine and intelligent constant temperature bagging heat sealing machine — which are separately installed at different sections of the line to form a continuous and seamless packaging workflow. Deeply customized to address the industry pain points of various bottles (glass/plastic, round/irregular) as fragile and pollution-prone products—such as low efficiency of manual packaging, uneven strapping tension leading to bottle damage/tipping, bottle scratching due to hard contact, loose heat sealing with poor moisture resistance, easy scattering during logistics, and quality impact from warehousing pollution—it completely replaces the tedious manual operations of strapping and bagging heat sealing, and solves the problems of secondary transfer, inadequate protection, and poor adaptability of traditional independent equipment.

    The packaging line can be seamlessly connected with palletizers, roller conveyors, and lifting positioning tables at the rear end of bottle production lines. Without any manual intervention, it completes the fully automated process sequentially through different equipment sections: automatic conveying → precise centering positioning → intelligent multi-strap flexible strapping (by strapping machine section: threading/tightening/cutting/bonding) → fully automatic bagging and heat sealing (by heat sealing machine section: bag loading/stretching/sealing/cutting/edge sealing) → finished product discharging and transferring for bottle pallets. The whole line can meet the whole-pallet packaging needs of all types of bottles, including food and beverage bottles, daily chemical bottles, and pharmaceutical bottles, compatible with different pallet specifications and bottle stacking methods.

    Q1: Will the glass/fragile bottles be damaged due to excessive tension or hard contact during the packaging line’s operation?

    A1: No. Both the strapping machine and heat sealing machine sections of the line are specially designed with a flexible tension adjustment system + full-process rubber-coated protection for bottles. The tension of the strapping machine can be steplessly adjusted from 300N, and the flexible strapping mode can be preset for fragile glass bottles. At the same time, the strapping positioning and heat sealing contact parts of both sections all adopt soft rubber coating to eliminate hard contact; the strapping position of the strapping machine can accurately avoid the weak parts of the bottles, ensuring both pallet stability and complete avoidance of bottle damage and scratching.


    Q2: Can different specifications and materials of bottles (such as plastic beverage bottles and glass liquor bottles) be packaged with the same packaging line?

    A2: Yes. The whole line supports adaptation to multiple specifications of bottles. According to different bottle types, materials, and stacking heights, the corresponding packaging parameters (strapping tension for strapping machine, heat sealing temperature for heat sealing machine, number of strapping straps) can be preset on the unified touch panel, which can be switched with one click without repeated debugging. The whole line can meet the packaging needs of multiple types of bottles of enterprises, reducing procurement costs.


    Q3: Can the packaging line be connected with our existing palletizers and AGVs for bottle production to achieve full-line automation?

    A3: Seamless docking is available. The whole packaging line supports mainstream PLC communication protocols on the market such as Modbus/Profinet/EtherNet/IP, and is compatible with the control signals of palletizers, AGVs, and roller conveyors commonly used in the food and daily chemical industries. Our engineers will conduct on-site surveys of the existing production lines and make customized docking for the whole packaging line, realizing the fully unmanned process of "palletizing - strapping - bagging heat sealing - transferring", adapting to high-tempo production.


    Q4: For bottles exported overseas, can the packaging line adapt to overseas pallet standards, voltages, and support English operation and export compliance?

We can customize overseas pallet standards (such as European/American/Australian standards) and adapt to overseas voltage requirements (220V/415V/480V, etc.) for the whole line and both equipment sections according to the needs of overseas customers. The line is equipped with a Chinese-English bilingual touch panel that can be directly switched to the English interface. We also provide a full English operation manual and maintenance manual, and the heat sealing bags are made of food-grade materials that meet overseas export standards, meeting all the requirements of exported bottle packaging.

    A5: Yes. The heat sealing machine section of the line adopts food-grade high-barrier moisture-proof PE heat sealing bags + full-wrap constant temperature heat sealing process. The heat sealing temperature is precisely controllable, with flat and tight edges and no gaps between bag layers, which can effectively block moisture, dust, and impurities in the air. At the same time, the heat sealing machine is equipped with a bag moisture-proof bracket to avoid moisture absorption of the PE bags itself; for pharmaceutical and health product bottles, double-layer heat sealing can be customized for the heat sealing section, further improving the protection effect, ensuring that bottles are not polluted or deteriorated during long-term warehousing.
