1.Overly Paper: Has  super wear resistance,durable.The gigher the content of AL203 and SIC,the greater the surface wear resistance.

2.Decoretive Paper: A layer of impregnated paper with simulated wood grain and other patterns printed on it.

3.MDF/HDF: Medium or high density laminate.It has a certain degree of moisture resistance and flame retardancy.

4.Balance Paper: The balance paper is located under the substrate ,and its function is to prevent moisture from entering the flooring content and prevent the floor from getting wet

What Should Customer Prepare for Building Lamiante Flooring Line



Preliminary Preparation:

There are many types of click on the market ,you can tell which kind you need(above photo is for reference only) ,or send us a sample . Such as Unlin click requires for 4 station cutters. Compare to Valinge, it is stronger for jointing, but has more waste of raw boards. Or Valinge click requires for 5 positions of diamond cutter, it has less waste of raw boards, meanwhile it is easier for the workers to overlay the flooring on the ground.


Usually, To set up this Lamiante Flooring Production Line it needs at least 1500~2000 square meters space for whole automatic production. This doesn't include the raw materials and end products storage. If your factory is smaller than 1000 SQM, meanwhile you want to install the automatic model machine, please send us your factory layout drawing. We can make the suitable plan for you. Maybe some machine should change to semi-auto model. Because the fully automatic model has many connecting system, it occupies the working space.

1 set Melamine Press machine capacity: In average 80-110 sheets per hour depends on what kind of flooring,raw matirial and working speed etc.

If your board is 4x8 feet, and machine work 24 hours by two shift per day, one year calculate at 300 days, then one line each year capacity 1200,000m2 ~ 1,650,000m2

1 set DET line to packing line capacity: 70~100 m/min,depends on the size of the finished floor and the configuration of the equipment, can work for 2~3 sets press machine.
