After sales service of HALLMARK
Quality first, and customer first, continuously provides on-time and comprehensive after sales service for all customers.
Materials delivered by HALLMARK are guaranteed for 24 months from the date of acceptance, provided they are operated, repaired and maintained in accordance with Kelon's maintenance instructions. [Specific duration to be agreed upon when signing the service contract]
The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear items and is void if the equipment is modified, improperly installed or used, damaged by accident or negligence, or if the user installs or replaces any part improperly.
The following items are not covered by the warranty: motors, electrical and pneumatic equipment, materials with normal wear, and all items that we do not produce. These will be covered by the original manufacturer's warranty and the parts will be sent back to HALLMARK for supplier evaluation, who will then send replacement parts. This warranty is limited to the replacement of defective parts.
Beyond our warranty period, we can provide paid spare parts and maintenance/service.
Thanks to our service contract with HALLMARK, we can guarantee a response within 48 hours.
HALLMARK engineers, under the guidance of HALLMARK Project managers, install and debug all HALLMARK equipment and then train customer personnel.
All HALLMARK customers receive routine maintenance and technical services from HALLMARK engineers (free of charge, to be agreed upon when signing a service contract)
